Fibre Batts weigh approximately 45-50g each and can be created in any colourway or colour combination you desire. You can also specify how much of a semi solid or variegated batt you would like.

Rovings are dyed first to specification, left to dry, predrafted, cut, re-arranged and then carded into batts on a drum carder.

Price is dependent on fibre content. There is a surcharge for premium fibres blends such as the inclusion of silk. The pictures shown are previous examples only, but really a whole range of effects is possible depending on colour, contrast, tone and texture.
