The LLS Order Book & Sewn to Order Waiting List is closed at the moment.

Here you can purchase a space on the waiting list for a custom 'Sewn to Order' purchase, by paying a £10 deposit.

When open to new orders you will be able to secure a place on the waiting list to pre-order handmade sewn items, except for nappy customs or wipes, which are available in limited monthly batches from the shop.

Pending Orders & Waiting List
Once your reservation reaches the top of the waiting list it will be confirmed and your order can be made, delayed or even cancelled if requested. You can order and pay for your items once your custom slot becomes active, either in full or by prior instalment option, with a layaway payment plan if that's more convenient for you.

You will receive a Sewn to Order slot as they become or are made available, so rather than working to an active custom list, an active order will be released to the next customer waiting. Within the order book there will also be occasional instock batches or design development scheduled.

Want a totally customised design?
If you don’t see what you want within the product range, I always welcome the chance to make or design something up especially to suit, including custom fabric designs. Please don’t ask for a copy of someone else’s design or product however. I do have access to many licensed patterns however such as kitschy coo, make it perfect, indietutes, etc ~ so it's usually possible to find or create a pattern to suit. Where a new design requires additional design time and work, the overall cost will reflect this.

Order Status
Once an order is pending or active we can discuss in realtime, specifics such as fabrics, colourways, sizing and measurements. Turnaround should be fairly quick once confirmed, beyond the initial wait for your custom slot to become active.

Communications involve a one to one service from when I’m confirming or beginning to work on your order. I feel this is the best way to work, especially from home and around young children as working patterns require some flexibility and it allows me to dedicate my time proportionately to each customer, one at a time.

Orders will be listed with one of the following statuses: Waiting, Pending, Confirmed, Active, Completed, Sent.

Terms and Conditions
I'll only let the waiting list get so long before taking it offline again, so up to 10-15 pending customers waiting in line for an active custom slot at any one time (once there are less than 5 orders pending, I'll open up the waiting list again).

Where materials are required to be pre-ordered, a proportion of your pending order value may be invoiced in advance, to cover bespoke or premium fabrics for example. Generally any outstanding payment will be invoiced and must be paid prior to your order being made as this acts as final order confirmation. Turnaround time can vary depending on the size of an order or size of a grouped batch, once a custom order is confirmed and active.

This is a non-refundable deposit for a Sewn to Order purchase, not in-stock.

Want to skip waiting entirely?
If you want to skip the queue entirely and have your custom order worked next in line, you can pay for it to be made priority, by booking my immediate time as a custom designer. Priority orders mean that within reason I drop everything to focus on your order, as next in line, while working around our basic family commitments. Depending on the amount of time involved you can pay an additional surcharge of around £50-£80 according to overall order size. Just email me to your discuss options.
